4 weeks ago I was in Cali sparring @philmrw. Today, I made it 30 minutes through a light workout before we called it due to concussion symptoms.
Do I wish I was up to full speed? Sure. Am I pumped I got to workout for 30 minutes? You bet!
I see and hear a lot of people complaining about their Monday for lame reasons...which means I see and hear a lot of people who need to put on their big boy/girl undies and realize that their Monday doesn’t suck. Their attitude does.
Put your toe on the line. And if you don’t feel like you can do it alone, find the right coaches/mentors/teammates/friends/family that’ll make sure you get there.
Also, Phil definitely won 10-9. You know...if you take out the kimura I tapped to earlier in the round 😂
