Have you tried something new lately? .
Today I tried a tizzy (herbal tea with fizzy). It was pretty good, but I definitely prefer appreciating them separately. I'm so engrained in the habit of having the tea to wind down after dinner (its caffeine free after all). And I have the fizz sticks every morning instead of coffee because of the B vitamins and amino acids (Bvits help our energy yielding nutrients - carbs, proteins and fats - to perform better in the body. Mum also believes they make us happier, and mums are always right... amino acids are building blocks of proteins and are fab enzymes that do a lot of work for our body). .
Also, for me personally, I found combining the two drinks had so much flavour going on, which, is cool for some! But I prefer things to stay simple 🤘🏼 .
ANYWAY, my point is - TRY NEW THINGS! Small things, big things, kind things, happy things. Things that make you smile. Things that make someone else smile. Things that make you feel calm, or enlightened, or exhilarated, or ANYTHING. If you don't change your game, even in the smallest of ways, then you cant expect anything to ever be different. Don't live your same year 90 odd years in a row. I tried a tizzy today. I went jet boating on a work day (lol). What new did you do?
