I know what it is like jumping from one diet and fitness trend to another.
I also know that there are experts on everything these days.
I know first hand what it is like to over exercise, binge, reward myself with food, be body obsessed, pressured to look a certain way, pressure to be the perfect wife and mother etc. Double tap if you can relate!
