Let me introduce myself. And Maggie the dog 🤗
Following my last year of uni let’s just say my health has pretty much gone out of the window. Although I’ve managed to stay relatively fit working out and practicing yoga (sometimes). My diet and lifestyle choices have not been the healthiest I must admit. Stress is one of the main causes of binge eating and unhealthy habits and so I’m more than ready to live a less stressful life and focus on my passion which is HEALTH & WELLBEING.
I have so much knowledge and experience stored here in this brain of mine and I’ve read an abundance of accurate literature on the determinants of health. Not only that I have personal experience in overcoming and handling mental health battles which runs along side exercise. Exercise is medicine!
So here I am this is me at a very low point in my life health chart (but reminding myself self love is key) so not beating myself up for letting it slip (we do our best). But actually using that energy to focus on what is coming and enjoy the journey.
I thought that this page can be a place where I share all of my info on health and show my journey. ANY QUESTIONS DO ASK 🤗
Disclaimer - I am a curvy girl with cellulite and the occasional outbreak of spots etc etc. I’m not here to be a glamour queen or to make out that this is going to be easy. It won’t be. But I love that. And so I’m here to keep it as real as possible. Aka keeping the fake shit minimal 🤷🏽♀️🤗.
