If you struggle with your glutes firing, this exercise will wake them the hell up (and it requires very little weight). My feet are pointed outwards and I am gripping under the bench and pushing into it with my elbows/triceps. . 2️⃣ SL Glute Bridge I like to place my hands directly by my side and also laterally to hold onto the machine (try both 👌🏻). My hips are directly below the bar and stationary leg is straight.
