As you lower your leg make sure you bring the medicine ball back to complete the tricep extension. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โญ๏ธ Fire Hydrant REMIX ( 3 x 12 per leg ) Hehe okeeyy so this is a fun one!!! I created this exercise years ago and Iโ€™m still at it. Begin with the knee in a bent position, abduct the femur, moving your knee away from the midline of the body. Now, fully extend that same leg, moving your knee away from the midline of the body. โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โญ๏ธ Leg Squat - Leg Lift ( 3 x 15 each side ) Oh yes! We are smoothing out those lower love handles.ย Stand with your feet shoulder-width distance apart, feet parallel. Bend knees and lower your hips so your thighs are parallel with the floor, keeping your weight back in your heels. Day 21 of #brittnebabe21daychallenge  21daychallenge ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ I started this challenge because I knew I was in a depression and it was getting bad. It started in the fall of 2018 and was progressively getting worse. It got darker and darker as the days went on and at a few points along the way I didnโ€™t think I would ever see the fun, smiling, confident woman that I have become over the last few years. I thought she was gone. But sheโ€™s not gone, and sheโ€™s gonna continue to work and blossom.
