Disney’s Caribbean Beach resort is looking pretty darn good these days! Is Caribbean Beach on your list of places to stay?

This resort covers more than 200 acres. It is absolutely huge! And after months and months and years and years of renovation and construction, we can finally see the light. About a year ago the main dining area was located in a tent, there were construction walls everywhere and many areas were off limit. It now looks like a resort again!
The main building, and the Old Port Royale area, is finally finished. It’s completely new with Sebastian’s Bistro (their new table service restaurant), Banana Cabana, their pool bar that’s honestly renovated beyond recognition, it looks amazing. Inside the main building the Centertown Market food court is very large, quite the appropriate size for such an enormous resort!
Of course like I mentioned earlier the resort is ALMOST finished. There is still a bit of Skyliner construction, that opens up on September 29th this year. Caribbean Beach will essentially serve at the main hub for the Skyliner. Lastly, right next door, Disney’s Riviera Resort is projected to open December 16th, 2019. This by the way will also have it’s own Skyliner station, so Caribbean Beach was facing construction from all sides!
But it’s almost made it through, this place looks absolutely beautiful, and come the end of 2019 it should all be completely finished!
