It was such a beautiful day today 🌞🌴😍 We decided to do a little hike and see a waterfall close to our hotel. It was so much fun to climb there through the jungle. Although the humidity didn’t help at all... But we enjoyed the waterfall and the crystal water around it and on our way back we even found a small cinnamon tree in a jungle. Toss well to get all of your fries nicely coated.⠀ ⠀ Arrange in a single layer, with some space in between (so they can crisp up), on the baking sheets and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once during roasting time.⠀ ⠀ Meanwhile, heat a large (lidded) skillet over medium heat then add in your beef, onions and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently for about 6-7 minutes, or until meat starts to brown while breaking up the meat. ⠀ Add in seasonings, chipotle peppers, corn, black beans and diced tomatoes then gently stir to combine. Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes to allow flavors to develop and chilli to thicken. Taste test, and add a sprinkle of sea salt if desired.⠀ ⠀ Sprinkle fries with sea salt when they come out of the oven.

Yes, we might share this video a lot but just LOOK AT IT! 😍 . Ingredients (for 4 pancakes) 4 cups flour, sifted 4 tablespoons baking powder 4 cups milk, warm to the touch ¾ cup butter, melted 3 egg yolks 4 egg whites maple syrup, to serve . Preparation 1. Whisk together the flour and baking powder in a large bowl. 2. In a separate bowl, add the butter, milk, and egg yolks, stirring to combine. 3. In a third bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. 4. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir with rubber spatula until just combined. Add the beaten egg whites and gently fold to combine. 5. Heat an 8-inch (20cm) nonstick skillet over low heat. Pour 1 ½ cups of pancake batter into the skillet, smooth out the top, then cover with a lid. Cook until golden brown on the bottom and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat, making 3 more pancakes with the remaining batter. 6. Serve with maple syrup. 7. #meatballmonday  🍝 I can pretty much cook like 5-7 meals that taste good, are healthy, my whole family will eat and I can rescue as meal prep. Here’s one of my fave meals to cook for dinner! 2 lbs of ground beef Marinara sauce Parmesan cheese 1 cup Garlic 2 teaspoons Oregano 1 teaspoon Onion & herbs 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon Sea salt a pinch 4 eggs Triscuit crackers (instead of bread crumbs, I use a cup chopped in the food processor.) Mix everything together in a large bowl. Use an ice scream scooper to create my meatballs. Grease pan with olive oil spray, pop in oven at 350 for 30 minutes. I use spaghetti squash in place of noodles, season with olive oil and one of my favorite @penzeys2.0  seasonings, ‘Forward’. Easy salad: mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers and organic lemon garlic dressing from @tessemaes  🥗! Hope this comes in handy for ya! Fast-digesting carbs taken post-workout have been proven to be effective in promoting muscle recovery. When it comes to these post-workout carbs, dextrose is my absolute favorite choice. This is because dextrose is a very fast-digesting simple sugar, it helps to raise blood sugar levels quickly, causing a spike in nutrient-transporting insulin in the bloodstream. Therefore, dextrose powder makes for the perfect addition to post-workout protein shakes. As a bonus, it is easily mixable and adds a slightly sweet flavor. I dose my dextrose powder around 1.5xProtein. So, if taking 50 grams of protein post-workout, I add 75 grams of dextrose to my shake. Depending on how full I am feeling, I might raise or lower the amount. This method has helped me see consistent results, thus, making this supplement a staple in my nutrition protocol. #motivationmonday  As a chronic procrastinator, this quote really hits home 😥 If I say I'm going to do something, I need to do it. But I like to put things off. My husband is a big help with this area in my life. When we were dating, I remember him asking me for something he needed to work on to "build character". I dont remember my answer, but I asked the same thing in return, bc why not? And yeah, my lack of following through was the answer I got 😞 I was surprised and taken aback by his bluntness. But it's a conversation I've never forgotten. I have gotten a lot better, but it's still a struggle!!! A major struggle! My advice? Find someone who will push you and support you, but will also love you when you fail 💕

I guarantee it won’t last! This would be great dipped in some pizza sauce or hot sauce. I always make tortillas for the week so I had some extra dough and just used 2 portions for dough. I topped mine with some vegan cheese🧀, roasted tomatoes🍅, and red pepper flakes. And if you’re not vegan just substitute the ingredients with what you prefer to eat! An accident that sparked a 52 kilos body transformation! I am proud of myself and I know I still have a long way to go. Sometimes you just have to take a step back and praise yourself. Especially when I did this transformation without any personal trainers, without any supplements, without any gym partners. I did this myself for myself. Well done mannyy!
