Blackberry thumbprint cookies: Can you believe I used to dislike coconut and peanut butter? This is literally the combo of the two, which I’m dying for now. It’s simple to make and certainly can’t have weekend without a treat, right?! ) It’s soft inside and crispy outside, and even better now the whole house smells so good. Happy Sunday!! . . Here’s what I used: 1. For cookies: - 1 cup of roasted peanut butter (homemade, any nut butter would work) - 1/2 cup of maple syrup - 2 flax eggs (2 Tbsp of grounded flax seeds, add 4 Tbsp of water and let it sit about 20 minutes) - 2 cups of coconut flour - 1 tsp of vanilla bean powder - 1/2 tsp of baking soda > Mix all and roll into small balls. Press the middle with your thumb and bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 F. . . 2. INGREDIENTS * 1 pound Grass Fed Ground Beef (1) * 1 15 oz can tomato sauce (2) * 1 packet chili seasoning INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook ground beef in a nonstick skillet until no longer pink
 2. Add in tomato sauce and seasoning.

Provecho y coman rico siempre😄! . Comida / Fácil / 4-5 personas Se los debía 🥰, si de fácil, rápido y rico se trata, esto es lo mejor! . •Ingredientes: -500 gr Pechuga de pollo cocida y deshebrada. -Cebolla blanca. -4 tomates. -1 diente de ajo. -1 lata chica de chiles chipotles. -Sal y pimienta. •Procedimiento: -Yo cocí la pechuga de pollo con 1/2 cebolla chica, el diente de ajo, sal y pimienta. Ya que faltaba poco para que terminara de cocerse agregué los tomates para que se cocieran ahí también🧡. -Licué los tomates, la cebolla y el ajo cocidos con 1 taza y media del caldo de pollo(es al gusto dependiendo qué tal caldudita la quieras😜) y yo le agregué 3 chiles chipotle de lata y un chorrito del caldito🧡. -En un sartén sofreí en 2 cdtas de aceite de aguacate cebolla blanca en tiras con el pollo ya desmenuzado🧡. -Agregué lo de la licuadora, tapé y dejé que se cocinara a fuego medio bajo por unos 6 min🧡. . Just ate the best vegan burger I’ve ever put in my mouth WOW 🤤 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🍔The Vegabond 👇🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Chickpea, black bean, brown rice and quinoa patty topped with avocado, sriracha, tomato and lettuce served on wheat. I left off the top bun to save myself on some carbs so I could have more fries 🍟😉 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The food in Dallas has been 💯 and even though I’m tracking my food while we’re on this trip I’ve still been able to enjoy plenty! Let’s talk about diversity in your diet. Studies say in order for the gut to function properly it needs a wide diversity of food / nutrients. Also, if you eat something over and over again your body might evolve an intolerance against it 😱 For me, diversity in my diet is a big struggle. If I love a certain food/dish I could eat it everyday all day... I eat the same breakfast everyday (hello vegan protein zoats 👋✨) and my dinner does not vary too much either. For me, the food that I consume has to follow certain rules: ➡️ Be nutrient dense, aka many fruits, veggies etc. ➡️ Contain balanced macros, aka enough protein, high fiber carbs and healthy fats ➡️ Be if possible sustainable / plant based, yet high protein AND delicious, which I think isn’t always the case 🙈 ➡️ Be something that I crave and enjoy eating ➡️ and of course BE DIVERSE! Well this list makes it nearly impossible to eat anything 😄 so here are my approaches: ➡️ Breakfast: I LOVE my zoats and they make me happy! So I try to top it with different seasonal fruits to mix it up. ➡️ Lunch: I strive on carbs so I try to mix potatoes, rice and pasta to keep it diverse. I try to include as many different veggies each time as possible and try to vary the protein sources. ➡️ Dinner: currently I am obsessed with bread (easiest thing to eat when living with the parents) so I try to eat wholemeal bread if possible and keep the toppings diverse. Right now I only crave smoked salmon or vegan cheese & capsicum so there is some potential 😅 Hope this makes you overthink your eating habits as well! 🌸✨ This is pasta with Pesto, fresh spinach + organic chicken! 😋

rest has always been a challenging concept for me to practice. I love to be on the go, so finding peace in slower days can be tough. today was all about just that, no workouts, no strict schedule. spent my morning nice and slow with this wonderful bowl of chocolate sea salt oats & my coffee, hit up some trails at a nearby nature preserve while listening to @chasingjoypodcast  , then popped over to the city for a little park yoga. reminding myself that every day doesn’t have to be the ‘perfect’ day, and waking up without the day planned to a T is okkkkk. however, I will argue that starting my morning with these oats was pretty close to perfect 🙂 - chocolate sea salt oatsss: rolled oats stove top cooked with cinnamon, vanilla extract & raw cacao powder. mixed in some ground flax & chia seeds. topped with extra milk, almond butter, walnut crumbles, blueberries, honey drizzle & lotssss of pink sea salt (this is key right here)

Mousse de chocolate keto ❤️ . . . Para festejar a mi mamita, que actualmente está en un plan keto (asesorada por un profesional), tenía que ver que receta preparar para un postre que pueda comer, y salió esto ❤️ . . . Para 8 porciones necesitas: 500 ml de crema de leche @deliziabolivia  importante que este muy fría 1 barra de chocolate 86% Baure (encuentro en @lahuertabo ) 6 claras de huevo 3 yemas de huevo 1 cdta de stevia 1 cdta de esencia de vainilla 3 cdas de leche . . . Batir las claras de huevo hasta punto merengue. Añadi una pizca de cremor tártaro. Aparte batir la crema de leche hasta que levante, añadir la esencia de vainilla y reservar. Derretir el chocolate en el microondas con la leche, mezclar hasta que esté homogéneo y luego incorporar a la crema de leche, y luego añadir las claras de huevo con movimientos envolventes. Al final endulzar con stevia al gusto, yo añadir 1 cdta de stevia al ras, pero fui probando. Meter al refrigerador por aproximadamente 1 hora. Nesse meio tempo sumida muitas coisas aconteceram, inclusive um diagnóstico de diabetes tipo 2 😔 sim, sou nova (28 anos), tenho hábitos saudáveis (ou nem tanto) e uma genética que me complica.
