PUSH IT I experienced my first injury last year and it was painful. At first I didnt go see the doctor, thinking it was just a minor sprained ankle. Thank goodness my husband kept pushing me to see the doctor. Found out it was 3 torn ligaments 😯 1 year later I am still healing. This sloooooooooow progress has been so painful for me. I have absolutely no patience. During this time I did not slow down in my workouts. I avoided leg exercises for abit and my trainer @mzanini7  accommodated (yah for awesome trainers, highly recommend)! My meal prep this week before my diet went downhill. (See my story for that) I sort of used @avantgardevegan ’s recipe in his lasagna video but just changed some spices and vegetables so it would be a Mexican-inspired meal prep. Gluten free and vegan stuffed peppers, taco stuff and rice, and enchiladas. The lettuce was for the picture of course but I ate a lot of salad with the meals. Been playing around with my intake and trying a bunch of new lifting techniques! I’m absolutely in love with fitness. Pushing your mental and physical capacity! It’s a beautiful feeling. Plus the endorphins you achieve are a big bonus. 😉🙋🏼‍♀️

❤️❤️❤️Omg you guys so I was dreading the day I have to start looking for a dress to the ball! Last year I cried every time I tried on a dress and it did not fit(which was every dress) I would only fit a size 18 or a 20. the dress I ended up getting was a xxl stretchy dress and was not comfortable in my body and cried while getting ready. This year I wanted to just get an idea of what I wanted 2 months before the ball since I know I have lost so much weight! You guys I tried a size 14 and a 12 and they were too big so went to a 8 and only they fit a little big but I felt beautiful and left the stores so happy with happy tears! I still have a long way to go but I have till September to buy a beautiful gown and one that I some one that has always struggled with image issues will know how beautiful I am and be even prouder of all the time and the work I have put in to feel this amazing!
