One Pan Dinner 😍 Crispy salmon, spicy potatoes, and roasted Brussels 👌🏻 Best part is that I only had one dish to do 😉 At least only one pan because you still need a few other things to make this haha. But even with a few other essentials- one pan meals are the BEST! -
Made some spicy potatoes 🥔 and Brussels first then added some salmon in with them. I kept the flavor of the brussel sprouts and salmon simple because I had more spice on the potatoes! It worked pretty well together but I’m partial to potatoes so I’ll eat them with anything 😂 I love having a protein, green, and carb on one pan meals 💯 Other than that I kind of just combine random things 🤷🏼♀️ Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t but this one worked very well 😍 Walked the dogs with a friend then enjoying some quality time Eli, eating a late dinner on the porch ❤️ Trying to convince him to catch up on Bachelor in Paradise with me 😜-
#healthyrecipe details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 425F
In a bowl, add 9-10 small gold potatoes that you’ve cut into wedges. Coat with:
1 tbsp oil (I used avocado), 1 tsp Cajun seasoning, 1 tsp garlic, 1/4 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp paprika. Make sure they’re evenly coated.
Add to a pan (spray with non stick spray)
Rinse out your bowl then add
1 lb brussel sprouts cut in halves.
Coat with 1 tbsp of oil, sprinkled with pepper and pink Himalayan salt.
Add to the pan as well
Bake for 20 mins.
After 20 mins, remove and add salmon cut into filets. I sprinkled my salmon with the salt and pepper combo.
Bake for an additional 12 minutes then broil at the end to get crispy.
