Hallo ihr Lieben 💕⠀ ⠀ Heute geht es wieder weiter mit einer trainingsbezogenen Frage, und zwar:⠀ ⠀ ❓Wie finde ich heraus, welcher Trainingssplit für mich am Besten ist?⠀ ⠀ ➡️Es kommt darauf an, wie dein Körper auf ein gesteigertes Volumen reagiert. Bei Anfängern würde ich tendenziell erstmal ein Ganzkörpertraining empfehlen. ⠀ ⠀ Wenn ihr merkt, dass ihr irgendwann keine Kraft- und/oder Muskelzuwächse mehr feststellen könnt, könnt ihr euer Training dann auch weiter aufsplitten.⠀ ⠀ Natürlich ist der Split nur eine Möglichkeit, mit einem Plateau umzugehen. Man kann ansonsten auch beispielsweise die Übungen auswechseln oder zeitweise in anderen Wiederholungsbereichen trainieren. Auch eine Periodisierung des Trainings ist eine Möglichkeit, ein Plateau zu überwinden.⠀ ⠀ Ich selbst trainiere im Moment übrigens in einem 5er Split, welcher von der Science-based Community oft als ‚Bro-Split‘ bezeichnet wird, da die Studienlage im Moment für eine höhere Wirksamkeit von 2er und/oder 3er Splits spricht.⠀ ⠀ Ich habe allerdings bei mir über längere Zeit beim 2er Split mit DUP ein Plateau und fehlende Kraftzuwächse beobachten müssen. ⠀ Durch den Umstieg auf den 5er Split hat sich das nun aber Gott sei Dank gelegt und ich mache wieder Fortschritte.⠀ ⠀ Da sieht man mal wieder, dass jeder Körper unterschiedlich ist und es daher das A und O ist, sich selbst und den eigenen Körper zu beobachten.⠀ ⠀ In welchem Split trainiert ihr? Next time your doing arms / push / upper body day and the weight section is really busy throw in some close hand (or diamond) pushups instead. . Took some time to visit a local CrossFit @crossfit416.  Great coaches (this is one of them @whitlifter  ) and wonderful atmosphere. I have noticed that where ever I travel to, the CrossFit’s I visit are great. Maybe I’m just lucking out or maybe the CrossFit community is just awesome (Utopian thought) however, for the most part they have all been wonderful. It’s good to be part of a community that supports one another and to a sport that pushes you hard. Taking a spontaneous rest day today because everything I feel like I’m doing is such an effort. This is so unlike me, normally full of energy, rarely get DOMs and no sleep issues. When we overwork our central nervous system (whether this be training or stress) our body starts not to respond as well as it should do. When this happens, I ⚡️Check I’m eating enough ⚡️Check in my sleep routine ⚡️Check in on my stress management ⚡️Up my fluids Most importantly take some time off. You may not be training, but we all have areas in our life where things may feel too much. You’re in control and can change it.
