Affirm - start your day with affirmations, about how you want to feel, what you deserve, what you envision yourself to be, starting with "I AM" or "I FEEL".🙌🏻 .
Meditate - Tune into you, focussing on your breath, or a mantra, every day. Just start. Built up from 1-2 minutes to 15-20 or more if you feel comfortable. 🧘🏻♀️ .
Visualize - if you can see it in your mind, you can hold it in your hand - basic Law of attraction. Bend your daydreaming into manifesting miracles. Paint detailed pictures of how you would like your life to be, be specific. And be grateful, as if it is already there. 🙏🏻 .
You have it within your power to influence your future circumstances by your present conduct. Just start. 😘
