There are sooo many ways to fitness 🤯
There are body part splits, full body routines, EMOM workouts, spinning, CrossFit, triathlons, really really strict competition prep diets, lifestyle friendly meal plans, and just healthy eating in general...you literally have all the options in the world.
This could be intimidating and keep you from starting anything orrrr incredibly simple -
The BEST fitness is the fitness that works for YOU 🖤
I have found a really lovely balance with my 4 day gym split because it gives me the freedom to be flexible with my schedule. If I miss a Monday workout, I have plenty of other days left in the week to make it up ☺️.
I don’t do any cardio other than walking my dogs because I dread cardio and don’t find it enjoyable, so I eat a liiiiittle less than someone who does cardio a few days a week. 🤷🏼♀️
This is the fitness that works for me 💕
And when people try (and they try, let 👏🏼 me 👏🏼 tell 👏🏼 ya 👏🏼) to say i’m doing it ~w r o n g~ or not doing ~e n o u g h~, I hit em with a “well it’s working for me” because it is. 🥰
If you want to achieve a really muscular look, there are definitely solid ways to achieve that, and doing lots of cardio may be holding you back from reaching those goals (I can help you with this, it’s my bread and butter).
If you want to run a triathlon and you’re doing minimal cardio and lifting really heavy, this may not be the best Plan of Action for you to reach this goal.
BUT if you just want to be a healthy happy nugget in life, just FIND THE FITNESS THAT WORKS FOR YOU and do the dang thing 🖤🖤🖤🖤
