Here’s how to prepare each spa water: . 1- Lemon Blueberry: Combine 3-4 thin slices of lemon, a handful of blueberries & ice water. Recipe: (Serves 3) Vegan meatballs: One 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed (250 g) 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (35 g) 1/2 cup oats (gluten-free if needed) (45 g) 2 tbsp tomato paste (60 g) 2 cloves of garlic 1/2 large onion, chopped 2 tbsp ground chia seeds or flax seeds Spice mix: 1/2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp ground oregano, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Sea salt and pepper to taste Oil for frying Gravy: 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth or water (360 ml) 1/3 cup plant-based cream or canned coconut milk (80 ml) 2 tbsp tomato paste (60 g) 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (minced) Ground spice mix: 3 tsp curry powder, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, 1 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar), sea salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp cornstarch (to thicken) Fresh parsley to garnish . 💚 HEALTHY MONDAY 💚 #99  I ritmi imposti al giorno d'oggi dalla società sono per molte persone assai difficili da sostenere: i carichi di lavoro si fanno sempre più pesanti e le ore da dedicare a se stessi sono sempre meno. Anche per questo, la routine può diventare fonte di frustrazione e di stress, oltre a compromettere la produttività lavorativa. E' importante sapere che lo stress non influisce negativamente solo sulla nostra psiche, ma in generale sulla salute di tutto il corpo. Un buon punto di partenza per gestire lo stress sarebbe quello di imparare a ritagliare tra i vari impegni quotidiani del tempo per se stessi, per svolgere la propria attività preferita, ad esempio fare sport o giardinaggio, e per riposarsi adeguatamente in modo da riprendere le energie. Un'altra tecnica efficace è quella di spezzare la routine: non abbiate paura di cambiare un po' le vostre abitudini o di concedervi una pausa salutare... ne gioverà il vostro umore e la vostra energia!

🍊se a vida te der laranjas biológicas, faz PANQUECAS🍊 Para 4: 2 laranjas INTEIRAS com casca (bem lavadas) 6 ovos 6 c.sopa de linhaça moida Canela a gosto Pitada de sal (se tiveres azar e as laranjas não forem muito doces, adiciona 1 c.sopa de mel ou açúcar de coco... estas são incrivelmente doces, não foi preciso 😉 🙏🏽) 1 c.sobremesa de psyllium . . Cortei as laranjas em 4 e triturei na @bimbyportugal  em máxima velocidade durante 15 segundos. Depois juntei os restantes ingredientes e com a ajuda da “borboleta” misturei tudo muito bem! Fiz várias mini panquecas e servi com Cappuccino de café @nespresso.pt  e bebida de amêndoa 0% da @myshoyce  . Ainda havia muesli da @goingnuts_portugal  com sementes e frutos secos para topping crocante se alguém desejasse!

1 year difference: core & abs 😇 On both sides I ate about 1400 calories each day (calorie deficit) to lose stubborn body fat, but during this year I made some changes concerning my training. Left side (07/2018): lots of cardio, probably 3-4 times a week, 5 lifting sessions (2 lower body, 2 upper body, 1 full body session), not training core or abs at all! Right side (07/2019): no cardio at all or once per week, 6 lifting sessions (3 lower body, 2 upper body (except back), 1 isolated arm day/rear delts), training core and abs 3 times per week. Between those diets I made a small bulk: 11/2018 - 03/2019 which allowed me to gain more overall muscle mass 😊 Consistency & Discipline is 🗝!
