So, I made one easy, delicious and nourishing sweet breaky recipe. Watch it in video and read the recipe down below! 👀 Strawberry muffins 👉🏼 In medium plate mash 1 ripe banana. After, in the mixer bowl, crack 3 egg whites and with electric mixer continue to beat the eggs for 2 minutes, until stiff peak forms. Add in the egg whites mixture 1 full tbsp of coconut protein powder - @granum_srbija  , vanilla extract, mashed banana and cinnamon. •I am using the best Ceylon cinnamon from my favorite @spice_up_shop  , it’s literally true taste of cinnamon and I adore it.. If you are in Belgrade + you are cinnamon addict - you should have this perfect spice❗️😍• ⚠️Mix the egg whites mixture very slowly until compact, and watch out to not ruin the stiff peak form.⚠️ On the bottom of the muffin non-stick pan place sliced strawberries. Pour the egg whites mixture over strawberries into the muffin pan and on the top of each muffin add the rest of sliced strawbs. 🍓 Bake for 15-20 minutes in the previously heated oven on 180-200 degrees C until the tops are firm to the touch and eggs are cooked. Cool slightly and serve immediately, ‘cause your tummy smelled the deliciousness! 🤤 It’s quick, loaded with proteins and fibers, portable, and already portioned out! Let’s talk about diversity in your diet. Studies say in order for the gut to function properly it needs a wide diversity of food / nutrients. Also, if you eat something over and over again your body might evolve an intolerance against it 😱 For me, diversity in my diet is a big struggle. If I love a certain food/dish I could eat it everyday all day... I eat the same breakfast everyday (hello vegan protein zoats 👋✨) and my dinner does not vary too much either. For me, the food that I consume has to follow certain rules: ➡️ Be nutrient dense, aka many fruits, veggies etc. ➡️ Contain balanced macros, aka enough protein, high fiber carbs and healthy fats ➡️ Be if possible sustainable / plant based, yet high protein AND delicious, which I think isn’t always the case 🙈 ➡️ Be something that I crave and enjoy eating ➡️ and of course BE DIVERSE! Well this list makes it nearly impossible to eat anything 😄 so here are my approaches: ➡️ Breakfast: I LOVE my zoats and they make me happy! So I try to top it with different seasonal fruits to mix it up. ➡️ Lunch: I strive on carbs so I try to mix potatoes, rice and pasta to keep it diverse. I try to include as many different veggies each time as possible and try to vary the protein sources. ➡️ Dinner: currently I am obsessed with bread (easiest thing to eat when living with the parents) so I try to eat wholemeal bread if possible and keep the toppings diverse. Right now I only crave smoked salmon or vegan cheese & capsicum so there is some potential 😅 Hope this makes you overthink your eating habits as well! 🌸✨ This is pasta with Pesto, fresh spinach + organic chicken! 😋

What I ate today- 26.05.19 Pre-workout snack: a banana 🍌 Breakfast: 75g of oats with @naturli  oat milk 🥛 Lunch: an omelet-ish thing made with an egg and a 150g of egg whites, tomato 🍅, carrots and rye bread 🍞 Snack #1: some more carrots 🥕 Dinner: A Greek inspired burger bowl (the same as yesterday - I just forgot to take a picture 😅) with fries and chipotle mayo Snack #2: frozen pineapple 🍍 from work - we use to make milkshakes 😋 Snack #3: an apple 🍎 __________________ Food today was good and I especially liked my lunch. It was my first time using egg whites instead of just whole eggs 🥚 and I am a fan now - it taste fine (especially with some good spices), it’s really low in calories and filling. This also meant that I didn’t snack a lot until dinner. When you want to indulge in a low carb dinner which is well balanced with the right combinations of greens and protein I strongly recommend implementing Halloumi on your plate. Grilled or fried it tastes so good. Halloumi practically has about 1.5% carbs and 13% protein which is perfect on a Keto diet. Asparagus also is a low carb vegetable with about 2% net carbs due to its fiber content. Along with that using Avocados is a great side to make Guacamole. Avocados are another fabulous ingrident to use for those Keto goers again around 2% carbs. I've made some tahini sauce to flavour the asparagus and also increase protein content. Zucchini boats with ground beef and cucumber salad 🥗 Calories: 430 kcal Macros: Carbs 18g Protein 51g Fat 17g 1 zucchini 200g ground beef (fat reduced) Tomatoes Onions Cucumber Low fat quark Italian spices Salt Pepper Cut the zucchini in half and cut off the ends. Scrape out the halves with a spoon and put aside the inner part. Roast ground beef, onions and tomatoes in a pan. Add the inner part of the zucchini. Put everything in the zucchini boats and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180C. Cut the cucumber. Mix water, low fat quark and spices for dressing. Help! . I’m having a food baby! . What an afternoon. We battled the high winds to get the BBQ smoking, we had popcorn flying around the garden and we finished off with giant marshmallows, toasted and dipped in melted chocolate 🍫 . Safe to say... SmartPoints blown out the water ... I will defo be back on the Baked Oats tomorrow 😂 but Ryan has had a great 4th Birthday Party and that’s the main thing 🥰 . I made this soup, with the base of the "vegetable and lentil" canned soup From Co Op. I added red onion and chickpeas fried in garlic. Then I also added some tomato puree, mixed herbs, cayenne pepper, garlic granules, and some soya milk. THEN I quickly microwaved a beet, added that on top, then sprinkled bit of sea salt over the beet and black pepper on the soup. THEN, I ate it. Das einzige was mir aufgefallen ist, Kohlenhydrate im Zusammenhang mit viel Fett, also eigentlich wirklich mit vielen Kalorien, dass geht nicht so einfach. • 📍HOMEMADE RECIPE (🗣🇫🇷/🇬🇧) 🌱 • • 🇬🇧 • • 🤰🏾so many people are against the idea of putting pineapple on burgers, but hawaiian burgers are the juiciest and are very special, i first added a slice of pineapple to add sugar to the patty (level 1) but i finally let it there because nando’s was making it (level 2) I mean if you don’t try (whether level 1 or 2) you cannot argue on it。 • • 📃ideal burger composition : -1 burger bun -lettuce -tomato -1 burger patty or vegan patty with spices -grilled onions -avocado -sriracha sauce • —————————————————— • 🇫🇷 • • 🤰🏾beaucoup sont contre l’idée de mettre de l’ananas dans un burger, mais je trouve que les burgers à l’hawaïenne sont tellement juteux et se démarquent, j’ai d’abord commencé par utiliser une tranche d’ananas pour donner plus de goût au steak (niveau 1) puis j’ai fini par le laisser parce que nando’s le faisait aussi (niveau 2) avant de critiquer il faut goûter (que ce soit le niveau 1 ou 2)。 • • 📃composition idéal : -1 pain à burger -salade -tomate -1 steak haché ou steak vegan avec with spices -oignons grillé -avocat -sauce sriracha • #mcjhealthy  #mcjvegan

PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST: • Super simple recipe that will take less than 10 minutes to make! It’s macro friendly and tasty! • INGREDIENTS: -2 pieces of bread (I used Brownberry Italian) -4tbsp egg whites -1/2scoop @bowmar_nutrition  Frosted Sugar Cookie -8g Fruity Pebbles -Dash of Cinnamon -Splash of Vanilla Extract -Sugar Free Syrup (as much as you’d like.. my macro allowed 1/2 a serving) • DIRECTIONS: 1. Toast bread. 2. While bread is toasting put the egg whites, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla in a wide rimmed bowl. 3. Spray a skillet with cooking spray. 4. Once bread is done toasting, dip in the mixture and place in the skillet. 5. Cook until browned on both sides. 6. Crush fruity pebbles on top and add syrup as desired! • MACROS: Protein 27g Carbs 40g Fats 3g • You can make this lower carb by not adding the fruity pebbles and/or using low carb bread.

More than anything today, I can't stress self love enough!!! I LOVE seeing all of the physical transformations in these pictures, but what I love most is the feeling I know is behind them!! I know how incredible it feels to put in the work for everything you want in life and be able to obtain it!!! This doesn't just mean weight loss at all. ❤️Don't lose weight so you can love yourself, but love yourself first so you can do ANYTHING you want to do including losing weight. I promise you when you understand this and embrace it, everything changes. I'm rooting for all of you to love who you are and not care who knows it no matter what size, shape, race, religion, or sexual orientation you are! You DESERVE to love YOU.
