3 weeks into #75Hard and damn, I'm actually starting to look forward to my outdoor workouts 🤔
They say it takes 21 days to make it break a habit.
I'm on day 22.
Initially, I just went all in and started without a real game plan. After a few days I started playing with different plans and routines, and am finally feeling good about it!
Many have asked what the challenge is, do fur all of you outside of my Arete Apex world, here you go: 🎯 Workout twice a day, 45 minutes each, 1 must be outdoors. 🎯 Take a progress picture each day 🎯 Drink 1 gallon of water each day 🎯 Read 10 pages of personal development content each day. 🎯 Stick to a meal/eating plan of your choice, each day. No cheat days! 🎯 NO Alcohol!
Yes it's difficult, yes you need the right mindset, yes you will need a plan, and yes...if you fail at anytime on any aspect, you start over or quit.
No, it's not for everyone, no it's not impossible, no I'm crazy 🤪
So why in the hell would I do this?

Testing and re-testing my mental toughness, improving in multiple disciplines each day, competing against no one but myself for the ultimate prize... gains in confidence, self awareness, discipline, planning, organization, structure, mental toughness, etc.
Not money, not attention, not likes and hearts.
