Bom diiiiiia 🙌🏻 ontem fiz este cheesecake de ‘oreo’ e ficou delicioso 😍 por isso aqui fica a receita - base 🍪 - 10 bolachas oreo sem adição de açúcar - 50g de óleo de côco derretido - 60g de manteiga de amendoim - Recheio 🍰 - 500g de queijo quark - 3 iogurtes skry de framboesa (podem optar por 200g de outro iogurte usei este porque gosto do sabor com que fica. It all boils down to consistency, for me strength training is the most enjoyable aspect of training, to get strong you have to lift heavy and lower the reps. Awkward week for deadlifts. Was supposed to do 425 for a 5×4 went in to train Wednesday morning after work which probably wasn't the best idea because even though my mind was there my body wasn't so got something like a 4 4 3 3 3 2 1 1 and wasn't happy with that so I trained Thursday after sleeping and got a 3 3 1 1. So I didn't get the programmed sets to reps but I got more than the reps required idk and then just some accessories.

Getting to your “deepest reason” requires some introspection, but here’s a thought exercise that can help you. Take your initial reason for wanting to make changes to your nutrition, workout routine, or lifestyle, and use that as a starting point. Maybe you want to eat healthier. Now ask yourself: “why do I want to eat healthier?” Because I want to lose weight. Why do I want to lose weight? Because I want my clothes to fit better. Keep asking “why” until you think you’ve found your compelling reason. Once you’ve figured out what that reason is, you’ll be able to come back to it when you’re struggling, or just feeling frustrated or unmotivated. You may not know your why right now, but it’s worth investing the time and effort to figuring it out.
