Nostalgic TV Show Review
Full House is the family sitcom I grew up watching when I was a kid, and it was one of my favorite shows ever. Now as an adult, it still remains as one of my favorite shows. Full House is a TV sitcom that aired from September 22, 1987 to May 23, 1995, on ABC. It has a total of 192 episodes in 8 seasons while the show was created by Jeff Franklin. The show was videotaped live before a studio audience at the Lorimar Studios in Los Angeles. Before the beginning of the series, news anchorman Danny Tanner married Pam Katsopolis, and they have three daughters: DJ (Donna Jo), the oldest daughter, Stephanie, the middle daughter, and Michelle, the youngest daughter. After Pam is tragically killed in a car accident caused by a drunk driver, Danny soon realizes he needs help in raising his three daughters. At the beginning of Season One, Danny recruits his rock musician brother-in-law, Jesse Katsopolis, as well as his comedic best friend, Joey Gladstone. In Season Two, Danny goes from sports anchor to co-host of a local morning show, Wake Up San Francisco, and is teamed up with Rebecca "Becky" Donaldson. Jesse and Becky falls in love with each other and got married in Season Four. In Season Five, Becky gives birth to twin sons, Nicky and Alex, bringing the total to nine family members living in the same house in San Francisco, with the combination of the Tanners and Katsopolises. And they have a family dog named Comet, who joined the show in Season Three. I love the characters, the cast. There are so many great episodes that I love, and I like the life lessons they taught in every episode. Overall, this is still a great show in my opinion. And I will probably be looking forward to reviewing Fuller House.
