Let’s be real... our mind is sooo programmed to be anxious, stressed, busy. When things calm down, we move those thought patterns toward something new. That’s where I am.
I’m using my new schedule and free time (just swapped careers - more on that later) to refocus my mind to that of gratitude & abundance. It truly is an internal mentality we have to fight.
Wherever you are, think about how you can reprogram your mind to send out the vibration that will only bounce back positive thoughts, luck, & abundance! This is the simple law of manifestation.
1. Write down 5 things you are grateful for today.
2. Set a day of the week & alarms with positive thoughts every hour on the hour.
3. Spend just 10 minutes in the morning meditating on how lucky you are to be living & experiencing each day.
4. Spend a whole day where you do a mini jump every time you think something negative. Jumping helps you acknowledge the negative thought & do something child-like & fun. Force a smile. The body’s physical response will physiologically tweet your psyche to feel happy. •
