MANGO CHEESECAKE ❤
My most favourite and a long awaited one!! Can't wait for Mango season. This is a MUST recipe for me. I wish we could eat MANGOES throughout the year 🤭

Condensed milk- 1 can
Mangoes- 2 large pureed + 3 thinly sliced
Vanilla essence- 1tbsp
Oreo cookies- 4 small packs
Butter- 50g melted
Method:- For Creamcheese:
Boil milk. When the milk starts boiling add vinegar and stir till you see milk curdling and whey is clear.
Strain the curdled milk (chenna) rinse in cold water. Let the water strain completely. Hang it in a cloth for an hour.
Now, grind this Chenna in a mixer jar to a fine thick paste. Your homemade Cream cheese is ready.
Grind oreo cookies and melted butter together. Layer it out in a mould. Flatten it and refrigerate for 15minutes.
For cheese cake mixture:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Microwave for 30sec. Set aside.
In a blender jar, add creamcheese, vanilla essence, chopped mangoes, sugar and churn well. Next add condensed milk and soaked gelatin mixture. Churn well.
Pour the cheese cake mixture on Oreo layer. Set it in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Peel mangoes and thinly slice them. Decorate as you like.
Sever chilled!! 😎
