Also i was inspired by @aobaatkarain  to highlight issues that people ignore and that are destructing the roots of our society. Please give it a read before you start or think of cheating on anyone. When I say I am going to challenge and push myself I mean it. I got exactly what FLORENCE wanted for breakfast. A hot cross bun and peanut butter 😋🐰 I can't remember the last time I ate what I genuinely wanted and let me tell you I feel so powerful. The eating disorder doesn't want anything good for you, it wants to make you sad, lonely, miserable and isolated. I know I don't have much of a life right now but if I continue doing what the eating disorder wants then I will continue to have no life. Fearne Cotton’s latest Happy Place podcast with @jamesbaymusic  got me thinking about praise and ego. Whether it’s from parents, work colleagues, managers, friends, we all crave praise. I fed off praise from my parents as a child, to the point that by A level results day I wanted the high grades to get their praise more than for my own benefit. I also have to be careful when writing these insta posts - when a post means a lot to me that should be enough, yet sometimes I crave the likes. The problem with doing things for the ego rather than the soul is that it often has a shelf life. What happens when you burn out and have to leave the great job you’re only doing to please your family? What happens when you don’t get any compliments on the dress you’ve only bought to look good in front of your friends? What happens when your next insta post receives no likes? On the flip side, if you’re doing things for your soul, that is long lasting and will build your self esteem. So next time you’re only putting up a posed photo of yourself on social media for the likes, or putting on a new outfit just to hear flattery, try to stop yourself and do something for just you instead. Still relishing in how much I enjoyed the weekend and my first partner competition @strengthindepthuk.  I loved competing with @fitcetera  👯‍♀️ despite us not having had any training together & going in blind as to what we could each do. Mental illness affects our brains, our hormones, and chemical reactions inside our body, so they can have DEFINITELY impact our physical capabilities. . . . . It also goes the other way though, one way to keep our minds healthier is to attempt to treat our bodies with kindness whenever possible. Of course, it isn't always realistic to eat five servings of fruits veggies and exercise every single day. I've done a terrible job of filming clients this week, which is a shame as it's been a busy one! I did get a couple of videos of @traveller41  beasting her session though 💪 This woman only benched with the bar for the first time a couple of weeks ago and here she is smashing 22.5kg for 4 x 6! 🌈 Many of my clients feel there's something special about doing things with the bar. I think it's because that's what we picture when we think of the gym - bench presses, squats, maybe deads. For some of them it's really weird to see themselves in this new way, doing 'gym' things - and enjoying it! 🌈 That's part of what I love about strength training. I think it's always great to recognise that you are not a fixed person. No matter your age or experiences, there is room inside you for growth and change. It might be hard, very hard, but it can happen... and once you manage one change, it's amazing what other changes follow 😘 🌈 Fancy seeing yourself a bit differently? „Du bist ja gar nicht anwesend.“ Das stellten wir in letzter Zeit zu häufig bei uns beiden fest. Er hängt in seinem Business und ich in meinem. Und raus kommen langweilige lapidar Gespräche über die Anzahl der Balkonpflanzen und dass sie vom Regen gammelig werden an den Blüten. Mein Kind spiegelt mich auch schon und ich bin genervt,von der Wahrheit, die er mir schonungslos ins Face drückt... Ich bin abwesend. Total verkopft. Ich nehme die anderen kaum wahr,mich umso mehr und kann es kaum leiden. Ständig in Gedanken von „ich könnte noch, habe ich schon, ach das wäre doch eine Idee, was würde... sagen?“ Ordentlicher Mindfuck - und wie bekomme ich das aus? Meist weiß ich es schon lange vorher, aber ich denke „geht doch noch.“ Dann fucked es mich ab, wenn es im Außen ankommt. Oft aber bekomme ich rechtzeitig die Bremse. Besonders in Phasen, wo alles zäher geht (aus Ungeduld, Zweifeln,...) bin ich so drauf. In Flowphasen läufts und wir bekommen die Balance, das Ausleben meiner Facetten und Lebensbereiche super hin. 🙏🏼 Betrachte einmal genau deine emotionale und mentale Ebene! Oft versuchen wir eine entstandene Leere verzweifelt in eine Richtung zu füllen oder krampfhaft Glaubenssätze, wie „ich bin nicht genug“ zu widerlegen. Das verursacht Stress und noch mehr davon. Erkennen und Bewusstmachung sind die ersten perfekten liebevollen Schritte, um es zu lösen. Erinnere dich an Erfolgserlebnisse, an die Emotionen damit. Nimm deine Liebsten mit auf deine Reise, wenn möglich und lass dich mal auffangen! Sei liebevoll mit dir und voller Neugierde, denn im Hintergrund entsteht Fantastisches! Nimm deinen Körper mit. Bereitet Essen gemeinsam vor. Iss ohne Ablenkung. Vermeide, wenn möglich Reizüberflutung - Wegglaufen und Ablenkung bringen gar nichts. Versuche so achtsam und dankbar, wie möglich zu sein 🙏🏼 nimm dich und die anderen mit. Das sorgt für neue Gesprächsthemen. So könnt ihr euch zum Beispiel erst zusammen auskotzen, dann auspowern, dann eine großartige Vision aufstellen 💕💕💕 ⤵️

Ahad, 28 April 2019, jam 14.00 - 16.00. Alhamdulillah, kami telah sukses melakukan pelatihan tentang Capacity Building dan Mental Upgrade untuk karyawan Bin Hamid Cafe & Bistro di Kota Banda Aceh. Pelatihan dimulai dari materi tentang Psyche Force: Meta Level Reflection, Menjadi Pemain Tim yang Baik, Respek, sampai tentang Kepemimpinan dan Kode Etik. Alhamdulillah, dari manajemen kami dapat informasi: 1. Sudah mulai ada peningkatan sedikit demi sedikit 2. Sekarang setiap individu sudah mulai mengerti job deskripsi dan time management masing-masing walaupun masih ada kekurangan. Alhamdulillah, berarti tindakan kami melakukan observasi dan survey lapangan terlebih dahulu sebelum memberi pelatihan sudah tepat.
