At the Dog, we have noticed that there seems to be a movement overseas to become a mixologist with coffee. Australian cafes are mixing lime juice and espresso, Italy is mixing espresso and lemon soda, tonic water is being added to the top of iced espresso, etc.
So, not to be outdone, we’re trying it too! We made our very own Black Dog speciality coffee and we need you to come in and try it! Introducing the Iced Espresso Vanilla Spritzer, a natural evolution for iced coffee!
Espresso, vanilla syrup, the effervescence of pelegrino water, topped with a splash of half & half and a dollup of whipped cream. It’s much lighter than an iced vanilla latte and we put in a little less vanilla syrup.
