Instructions for making the mint syrup and watermelon juice:
-Make mint syrup by bringing 1 cup of water to a boil and whisking in 1/2 cup mint leaves & 1 cup sugar, whisking until sugar dissolves. Then let mint leaves steep 10 minutes before straining out. Let cool to room temperature before using. Any unused mint syrup can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks!
-Make watermelon juice by blending about 1 cup deseeded watermelon in a blender, then running through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp.
