Trust the process:
Most of the people are not finding results because they are giving up too early. They give up too early because they feel they have done “ENOUGH” and still cannot see any changes in themselves. I believe there are no changes because they haven’t done anything but COMPLAIN throughout the process. They did not love the process at the first place. All they want is a quick result. IT DOESN’T WORK THAT WAY.
First, have a GOAL!
If you don’t know where you want to be at the end of a certain period of time, then you’ll wind up nowhere! Set a particular goal, know the specifics and then an approximate duration in which you think you can achieve that goal. This way you will not deviate.
Second, find the weaknesses and the loose joints:
Know what is preventing you from achieving your goals. ALCOHOLIC FRIENDS, CHAIN-SMOKER BUDDIES, people who are always ready to get you in trouble, every weekend clubbing, yeah you need to find a better company or be a Lone Ranger. These people are loser themselves, have no goals and they won’t let you achieve yours. Or if the weak points include - no time, hectic schedule, weak diet, then yes find a way out and stop giving excuses. NOBODY IS BUSY 24*7 and NOBODY IS TIRED 24*7.
Third, find your best path:
Develop a routine which is the best for you and your schedule. Find some physical activity. If you still don’t have time to workout at length, then at least a 30 minute run won’t harm your schedule. Clean up your diet.
Finally, trust the process:
At the end, the most important is trusting the process. You yourself developed it, so if you are not seeing the results, then you know who to blame at. RESULTS NEVER COME OVERNIGHT. It’s a continuous process, hustle and dedication. If you work hard then you’ll see results and if you cheat then you already know how much cheating can hurt.
