Physically, your body needs time to digest, assimilate and heal.
When we don't allow this to happen we end up with pain, injuries, internal health issues.
Mentally, your brain needs times to digest, assimilate and heal. Hmmm... If you don't take the time to get rid of the garbage in the brain, you cannot make room to grow as a person.
The brain feeds the body, through choices, thoughts, reactions, observations, stressors. Also through happiness, laughter, fulfillment.
Can you put a 'go hard or go home' on that?
Slow down, heal, make time to be in your own body, your own thoughts, feels, motivations.
