Just under #8weekspostpartum  and back to #prepregnancyweight  ... just doing a small amount of daily yoga and letting the body do its thing. Be patient, conscious of how you talk to yourself and let the body do the healing. There is a lot of things that need to happen naturally after having a baby. A lot you don’t see. Under the surface. - -I will be upping my exercise slowly and changing my food as I go, when I need to. For now everything is ticking along just fine.

On average, in adult males, levels of testosterone are about 7 to 8 times as great as in adult females. As the metabolism of testosterone in males is more pronounced, the daily production is about 20 times greater in men. Females are more sensitive to the hormone. ———————————————————————— Gaining muscle mass comes from a combination of heavy weight training and an large excess in calories 👉🏻 Surplus. Plus the majority of people with out knowing don’t eat enough as they should putting their body in a 👉🏻 deficit. ———————————————————————— So lift weight as heavy as you can and train hard, build lean muscle which will help you burn more calories naturally every day! Eating out 🍽 ———————————————————————— I am someone who LOVES to eat out! I love going to my favourite restaurants with my friends and having a good chat catching up over some delicious food. Anyone who knows me knows I don’t enjoy cooking 😐😂 I have tried! ———————————————————————— I am also a very plain eater - I like lentils, chickpeas, vegetables and rice. I’m very particular with meats! I only eat chicken and beef but it has to be a certain type and cooked a certain way. People say I’m fussy 😂 🤷🏻‍♀️ Thats just me. I hate seafood (really wish I liked it!) I also love bread and pasta! Who doesn’t?! I just make sure I eat wholemeals and know my portions and daily intake. ———————————————————————— Do I watch what I eat every day - yeah! But that has become natural to me. Over the years I have learned more and more about nutrition and I actually like to put good foods in my body that I know will fuel it because our body’s are amazing. It’s not a chore for me and I think when people learn and have a better understanding of nutrition it becomes that way. It’s not a diet it’s healthy living. That’s where the misconception comes. ———————————————————————— I also love to eat out it doesn’t have to be extreme. I’m not saying go eat pizza out every day but I tell all my clients NEVER to worry about eating out. Learn about food, enjoy food and enjoy living! Don’t become that obsessed in a way that you cant enjoy yourself 🍽💕

I struggled with grievance, I have been down that bad road, i have been at rock bottom, I have struggled mentally with myself since and battled endlessly with anxiety and depression. It was rough!.! ———————————————————————— I did find the strength and I came out the other side! I believe breakdowns do create breakthroughs. With the right guidance, help and support. ———————————————————————— My biggest mistake was not telling anyone and trying to get though it on my own when I should have reached out. ———————————————————————— Then I realised I wanted to help others come out of the other side too and never suffer for as long as I did. I want to be the one they reach out too and that’s what I did 💖
