Eagles 2019-2020 Record Prediction:
One of the toughest and most overlooked games on the Eagles schedule is when they’ll fly over to Wisconsin to face the Packers. In recent memory, the Packers haven’t been great, and have struggled to consistently win football games, and with new head coach Matt LeFleur, those issues may continue. However, when facing a team who’s best player is arguably the greatest quarterback to ever lace em’ up and can singlehandedly win you a football game, it becomes one of those games a team circles on their calendar heading into a season. Playing at Lambeau Field is no easy task either. Since Aaron Rodgers became the Packers starter in 2008, the team has compiled a 67-24-2 home record (74% win rate), a statistic that puts them second in the league in that category from that time, behind only the New England Patriots.
Could the Eagles be the 25th team to top the Rodgers-led Packers in Green Bay? Absolutely. But betting against a guy that’s now fully healthy, coming into the season with a revamped group of teammates isn’t easy.
