Rakshabandhan, the name literally suggests “the bond of protection “ . The festival which celebrates the pious relationship and promise of unconditional support, love , care and having each other’s back for the lifetime between a brother and a sister.
This festival has a new perspective attached to it , in today’s scenario, which extends its essence. Just like a brother and sister promise to be by each other’s side through all thick and thin of life and pray for each other’s well being , similarly sisters can also promise each other to be for one another throughout their lives. To stand strong and support each other come what may ❤️ It’s been 2 years now when I started making my Daughter , Samaira to tie a rakhi onto her father’s hand. Sammy ties rakhi to her cousin siblings but every year it might be not possible that she gets to meet her cousin brothers on rakhi as we live in different cities. So, tying rakhi onto her father’s hand will certainly give them a moment of their own on every festival of Rakshabandhan. N after all rakhi is a promise of “Raksha “ , be it from a brother to a sister, from a brother to a brother , from a sister to a sister or from a father to her daughter always . #rakshabandhan2019 #rakshabandhanspecial❤ #rakhi2019 #sistersforsisters #fathersfordaughters #momspresso @momspresso #mummykapitara @mummy_ka_pitara @aweekinlifeblog
