La seule fois où je suis au plus bas dans ma vie, c'est quand je plie mes jambes pour le squat. Dimanche🦁. La photo porte sur le legday, mais aujourd'hui c'était armsday. Mouvement contrôlé sur les curls et exercices de pure isolation pour cette séance. Séance exclusive avec les haltères. Petite histoire du jour : Aujourd'hui on m'a sorti : "en musculation faut bosser hyper lourd sinon c'est de la gonflette".😒😒 "gonflette" un mot qui revient et reviendra encore et encore.. Allez faire comprendre à des gens comme ça, que le fait de travailler sur de l'isolation, ou simplement du travail en série longue, pas besoin de charger comme un mullet. La plupart de ce type de personne qui te Balancent ce genre de réflexion sont cramées au bout de 15 minutes de séance de "gonflette", transpirent la jalousie, et attendent une chose, c'est que tu te casse la gueule. T'auras toujours des gens pour te juger, même à l'intérieur de ta salle de sport, qui essaieront de te rabaisser pour caresser l'espoir de te dépasser. After my story of me eating Taco Bell for the first time, I got a lot of DMs asking why I cheated and how people can get back on track after having a cheat meal. - The biggest thing to keep in mind is to NOT OVER THINK IT - Enjoy your time eating foods you love and get back on track the next day! My biggest tips are: - DON'T drastically reduce your calories the next day. This will cause you to cheat more since you're depriving your body. Get back on your usual plan and reduce calories 100-200 max for the next few days. - You can add in 20 minutes if steady state cardio to help keep yourself sane but DON’T overdo it. - Drink a lot of fluids. Usually after eating fast food you feel bloated, this is due to the food having really high sodium. Increasing your water intake will help get rid of some of the bloat. - Lemme know your favorite cheat meals 🥵😛

Elbows slightly bent. During the motion I think and try to feel the targeted muscle (Rear Delt) by using only it. I continue to work and feel the burn until failure. Cables aren’t the best to build but to use as an extra pump towards the end of the session. This is a lifestyle and is one of the fun things in life. Shoulder sculpture work in play!! Such easy movements BUT how I personally benefit is by Alternating different methods of the same movement to confuse the muscle (Front deltoid) and Superset until failure

The struggle is real, the blood is pumping, the stretch and squeeze are challenging, and the sweat is what we seek!! On a back day, T-bar rows and deadlifts are killers. Whoever is sweating 😓 keep sweating 💪🏽 we do it with love 🙏🏽
