Der Urlaub ist vorbei, ich hab diese Woche noch angehängt und Sonderurlaub eingereicht. Eine Woche mit dem Thema “Umgang mit berufstypischer Stressbelastung “, die ich gleich mit meiner jährlichen Fastenwoche kombiniere. Mal schauen, ob ich Entspannungsübungen kennenlerne, die ich bisher nicht anwende. Durch den Beruf hat jeder seinen Stresslevel, seine Belastung und seine Dämonen. Jeder sollte seine Möglichkeiten finden, damit umzugehen. Bei mir ist es die Familie, die mir den Rückhalt gibt mit Extremsituationen umzugehen und diese zu verarbeiten. Was dies ist, werde ich ab und zu berichten. Pas op het moment dat jij bereid bent om verward te zijn over wat jij dacht te weten zal jij verbetering ervaren. Een lastige zin, gezegd door Milton Hyland Erickson (1901-1880). Hij was was een Amerikaanse psychiater en psychotherapeut  die de moderne hypnose toonaangevend vormde en het gebruik ervan in de psychotherapie invoerde. Mede dankzij deze man kan ik nu doen wat ik doe. Terug naar die zin. Vrij vertaald betekent het dat pas wanneer wij bereid zijn te accepteren dat de dingen die wij op hebben geslagen in ons geheugen, doordrenkt zijn met emotie en niet altijd even kloppend zijn, we kunnen verbeteren. Ons geheugen is suggestief. Soms slaan we dingen op, of nemen we dingen aan die ons kunnen remmen in onze ontwikkeling. Pas als je bereid bent om te erkennen dat iets wat jij opgeslagen hebt jou nu niet meer dient zul je kunnen veranderen. Concreet voorbeeld: Een man van 41 heeft Hooikoorts en krijgt het soms erg benauwd. Hij heeft medicatie maar niets lijkt te helpen. Tijdens een hypnose sessie gaan we terug naar het eerste moment waarop hij zijn benoudheid ervaarde. Hij komt er achter dat hij zich als kind verslikte in een stukje appel, hij lag al stikkend in het gras terwijl de paardenbloem pollen voorbij vlogen. Hij heeft in zijn hoofd de associatie gemaakt, bloempollen is stikken/benauwdheid. De realisatie dat zijn hooikoorts hier vandaan kwam was genoeg voor hem om het daarna niet meer benauwd te hebben. Und dann versinkt so richtig schön im Spiel! Denkt an nichts anderes, sprecht dabei über nichts anderes, sondern erfreut euch allein an eurem Spiel-Moment! Eine noch bessere Idee ist es außerdem, direkt mit einem Kind zu spielen. Bist du selbst Mutter oder Vater? 'Being born in 1959 means my psoriasis pre-dates the Association by about 10 years and my earliest memories of the condition by about 5. . Having psoriasis in the early 60s was interesting, there was a lot more tolerance and a lot less knowledge of the condition. My memories of those days are that everybody had the same rights and entitlements whoever you were (whether they were applied is a different conversation) but in this millennium we are into identity politics where the only thing that matters is your partial markers (black person, white person, vegan, LGBTQ) and the fact that those thing don't matter because we are all the same has been lost along the way. . In those days (I am now old enough to say that), nobody noticed a skin condition. It was about 20 years after the end of the war, 10 years after rationing ended, and the NHS was just getting started. Health care had all sorts of poverty, war injury and thalidomide related problems to deal with so "a few red blotches" was nothing to worry about (Call the Midwife is a good cultural reference point for Hartlepool at that time). . So while I was subject to the usual playground intrigue, (and I was just as bad with others), there was no malice and we all rubbed along. Apart from Fiona Whitmore, whose genes combined to produce a face so completely perfect she made Lana Turner look ordinary and it almost hurt to look at her. Some girls made her life a misery. It seems nobody escapes the killing fields of the playground. . I have clear memories of going to the doctor’s and him looking over his pince nez glasses, poking my skin and saying "ah scales that turn silvery," getting a big brown book off the shelf, diagnosing psoriasis from the contents and telling me there was no cure. But I could try coal tar soap. Which stank of both coal and tar so, at the risk of creating "double dip" intrigue like the day Nitty Nora (the health visitor) came to the school and publicly took unfortunate kids to the clinic, I declined.' . How to avoid burnout: Reclaim your lunch break⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ We’ve all been there. You’re so rushed off your feet that lunch is a quick sandwich wolfed down at your desk. Whilst you might feel like you’re being more productive by multi-tasking, you’re actually probably not. Eu estava lendo sobre aquela Márcia Sensitiva, que contou que foi abandonada pelo noivo às vésperas do casamento. Ela deu uma interpretação espiritual à depressão que eu achei muito interessante. Então, sim, esse post é para quem acredita em espiritismo, ok? . "Eu tinha 21 anos, namorava com ele há 3. Com tudo comprado, tudo preparado, ele chegou e disse: 'Olha, me perdoa, mas eu não vou casar mais'. E pronto. Não explicou nem A, nem B. Só chorou muito e foi embora". . Ela conta que entrou em uma depressão muito forte e o que a salvou foi a espiritualidade. Não, ela não quis dizer que só esse entendimento tira uma pessoa da depressão nem que é só ter fé que passa. Mas foi isso que fez diferença pra ela, que complementou tudo e deu sentido àquilo. . "É uma depressão dificílima, você se acha impotente, não amada e não qualificada pra casar mais ou ter filhos". . Muita gente com burnout se sente assim: toda a carreira jogada fora, os amigos se afastando, é como se uma parte de vc morresse (e morre mesmo, mais tarde a gente entende que morreu uma parte que nos fazia mal. Mas o sentimento de perda tá lá, machucando, mesmo assim). E a gente acha que não serve mais pra nada. . "A gente vibra em 250 hertz de eletricidade. Quando você tem uma depressão, vibra em 50. É muito baixo. Abaixo dos 50, todas as pessoas mortas que não aceitaram ir embora vivem ali. Essas pessoas imediatamente se acoplam a pessoa depressiva e vão sugando dela o tônus vital. É um negócio muito preocupante". . Já ouvi muito isso no centro espírita: quando a nossa energia tá baixa, a gente atrai outros espíritos na mesma vibe e um alimenta o outro. Fica mais difícil mudar a energia. . E tem um por quê disso estar acontecendo com vc. E não é pra te castigar. É pra vc crescer. . Então, nessa semana, preste atenção aos seus pensamentos, aos seus sentimentos, e trabalhe muito na terapia pra tirar esse medo dentro de vc. É o que eu estou fazendo aqui também 😊 . A vida está sempre a nosso favor.

För stress i sig är ju oftast inte det som är skadligt för oss utan snarare bristen på återhämtning, och tur som det är kan vi ju faktiskt lära oss återhämtning lära in nya mönster för att ge oss själva en motvikt till den där stressen. Men stress då, hur abstrakt är inte det egentligen vad innebär stress? Ja enklaste svaret är nog att det kan betyda olika för oss alla, att vi alla befinner oss i olika livssituationer som bjuder på massa olika former av stress. Oavsett hur stressen ser ut för dig så försök ta tag i den innan den där berömda väggen kommer, lättare sagt än gjort så klart för ofta är det faktiskt enklare att gasa än att bromsa. Men ingen kan gasa för evigt, det är ju då kroppen kliver in och drar i nödbromsen. För att rädda oss. . Min nödbroms kom 2015 efter levt med en kronisk inre och yttre stress under nästan 20 år som jag kört gasen i botten med. Flera år innan hade kroppen signalerat med daglig ryggvärk som läkare skickade runt mig på alla möjliga undersökningar för, och jag spenderade galet mycket pengar på yttre saker som skulle fixa. Men det var först när jag tittade inåt som något hände på riktigt, och i takt med att jag fördjupade min yogapraktik kom faktiskt den där slutliga nödbromsen. Idag har jag kommit till förståelse och förlåtelse för stressen, ryggvärken är borta men gör ibland lite gästspel när det är något i livet jag behöver stanna upp i. Alltså hur jäklans fantastiskt är inte det, att kroppen påminner de gånger sinnet rusar på och glömmer att stanna upp. . Jag har fått frågor kring om jag ska ha någon yogakurs utöver "Yoga Genom Ofrivillig Barnlöshet" i höst och här kom det långa svaret, att yes det kommer, planen är en heldagskurs i återhämtade yoga. En dag där du får lära dig sätt att bromsa helt enkelt, håll utkik här efter mer info. . ♥️

What really sinked in today at my morning walk in the forest 🌳 is that stress has absolutely nothing to do with your work load. Nothing to do with how much you work but everything to do with how much energy you use on everything els. All the thoughts 💭 and concerns (energy) you use on “i have to, should do, how to?” You can be doing absolutely nothing and still be super stressed! Only because of your mind activity taking you down this crazy stress road instead of being present right here and right now ! Where you actually CAN do things! The only place where you CAN do something. But only if you are there and not waisting your energy in Fanta land of your mind! Daydreaming can be good and creative but only if it is intentional and mindful then it can be useful. Not if it takes you away from doing what you can and in to worry land. This is super eye opening for me! Feel super stressed today! I have slept so bad because of stress related dreams and I have absolutely nothing on my todo list! Other than having a baby 🤰🏽 who is not really showing signs of wanting to get out and everyday we are one day closer to the c-section which is terrifying for me. But it is all in my head spinning out of control.
