SUNDAY ✨ I love to use my Sunday’s for getting organised for the week ahead + for self-care.
My to-do list today is: cuddles, meditation, coffee, coastal walk w. a podcast, brunch, laundry, planning my workouts and grocery shopping/ prepping some ingredients for week two of the challenge. All cleaning activities/ chores are done with a side of Bravo trashy reality in the background because #selfcare 🤷🏼♀️
