New Moon Mylk 🌚 Here’s a recipe for a calming, cooling drink that will leave all traces of Monday’s stress behind you. 3/4 cup ANTIDOTE Almond Vanilla Mylk 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha 1 tablespoon pomegranate or cane Molasses 1/4 cup lavender tea (you can also use Rose tea) 1 teaspoon coconut oil Blend. New Moon Mylk 🌚 Here’s a recipe for a calming, cooling drink that will leave all traces of Monday’s stress behind you. 3/4 cup ANTIDOTE Almond Vanilla Mylk 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha 1 tablespoon pomegranate or cane Molasses 1/4 cup lavender tea (you can also use Rose tea) 1 teaspoon coconut oil Blend. I just bought this chocolate bar at Whole Foods. It was only 72% dark chocolate, and my intention was to get at least an 80%, however the fact that it was made in the Dominican Republic (where I was born and the majority of my living relatives live) on a family farm, and made locally in Brooklyn got me. Not to mention it’s gorgeous packaging 😍. You can imagine how pleasantly surprised I was when I saw what it looked like inside, too. So pretty! As for taste, it’s yummy! But definitely did not have the medicinal qualities I was looking for. Next time I’ll go for a darker, dark chocolate. Lesson learned: It’s OK to buy chocolates I’m inspired by, but remember to stick with my intention. ❤️ Btw the chocolate brand is called @cacao_prieto.  Love, @sharonstayssharing

Yesterday when I was working out with my weights I seriously had a moment where I was so happy and just celebrated how strong my body is. 💪🏽 ⁣ ⁣ Early on in high school I started to drop the baby fat and began to gain attention from guys. That was fun 😎 and helped build my confidence but it also started the thoughts that my worthiness is equal to the size of my jeans. ⁣ ⁣ From there that developed into quite the obsession (coupled with some serious traumatic events) and it got out of control. I’ll never forget stepping on the scale and seeing 88lbs. It scared the shit out of me and I knew I had a huge problem. ⁣ ⁣ It was a huge full circle moment yesterday and I was filled with SO MUCH GRATITUDE that I was able to break the cycle and not only work though my stuff but to learn to treat my body good and celebrate it’s strength and love my curves. 💃🏽⁣ ⁣ Ladies a number doesn’t define us. EVER. What does is how we show up and treat ourselves and everyone around us. ⁣ ⁣ If you’re sick of the guilt/shame game, beating yourself up, or defining yourself off the bullshit “standards of beauty” Hollywood portrays I would LOVE to extend you an invite to join my wellness community. We can instill positive habits and results TOGETHER.
