2 cups blueberries(self picked pure and organic), 2 cups blackberries (self picked and organic), 1tbs spirulina, handful of greens (basil, rucola, spinach) in my own garden, 3 bananas and 20 dates. Its about 1000 cals or more. Dressing as u see kiwis, #pithaya , #raspberries , #blueberries , buckthorn, red currants and goose berries.

Today iam gonna talk about gooseberries. Gooseberries are ideal for snack, they contain important vitamis and minerals too. For example 100g of berries contain 25mg calcium, 0,35mg iron, 10 mg magnesium, 27 mg phosphorus, 198mg potassium, 1mg sodium Na, 0,12mg zinc, 28mg vitamin C. Btw they taste amazingly good and sweet!
