Daily project day 5- ln our daily life we are so many times waiting for something, passing days with waiting for our next meal, waiting to go home, waiting to go to sleep. Thinking baout our next day,next thing we have to do. And almost never think about what we do now. This thing isn't good for us cuz our mind almost never get rest. It makes us feel stressed and we feel like we are escaping from the present. While focusing our breaths we only focus the now moments, not judging ourselves, being aware of what we do now. We have less stress and after a while we will be more aware to our present life even when we do other things and not just when we focus breaths. Give this a bit of time. Be patient. Focus your breaths for at least 12 mintues straight.
