Hair care post:
I’m amazed at how much darker my hair looks when it is moisturized!! During the first month of pregnancy I lost handfuls of hair, and noticed my hair was so much drier. I wasn’t able to keep down my prenatal vitamins so baby needed nutrients from my body, thus the noticeable difference in my hair and skin. I noticed that taking my prenatal vitamins at night or late afternoon works best for me.
During pregnancy, some of you may notice that your hair looses some of its moisture and it may even become brittle and break off. Taking prenatal multivitamins, using a good hair oil or leave-in cream and shampoo/conditioner will help with preventing dryness/breakage. The products I use are from @uncuthair (See my bio for a discount code)
Whether you’re expecting or not, it’s important to take vitamins. Getting enough omega 3, calcium, Iron, Folic acid and 1626381728 other things is so important for your hair and skin and most importantly, your baby (if that’s applicable).
I’m gonna sound like your sweet little mama for a second but, take your vitamins, friends 👏🏻👌🏻 Your hair will thank you for it!
