☕ 𝐃𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐃𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐊 𝐂𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐈𝐍𝐄 ☕
➡ Let's be realistic, we all drink caffeine on a daily basis. Some of us may be slightly more addicted than others... ( Damn Ice coffee's and Starbucks, just too good 😉)
➡ Well just wanted to give a reminder to all you guys, especially cause like myself I tend to have caffeine before I work out! It is extremely important to make sure if you are drinking caffeine throughout the day to make sure you always stay hydrated.
➡ Not only to avoid dehydration, but headaches, and also insomnia. Caffeine is great for people who go to the gym and also for athletes gives a great boost for long periods of time, but is important to drink double the amount of water! I tend to typically drink 4 L of water a day and roughly about 2-3 coffees a day!
➡ If you are going to drink coffee before your workout makes sure you drink water consistently throughout your workouts to avoid crashing, lightheaded, dry mouth etc!
